The students, teachers and parents gathered on the sports ground and the streets of Tamsalu at 8 o’clock on May 3 to be ready for the start of the relay. The school has organized an annual event – St George’s Night Run – at the end of April, but this year the traditional relay underwent the change of name and is called May Run now. Each grade had a team of 8 students and the length of the distance was 3 km long. The weather surprised us with a heavy shower 5 minutes before the start. Thus, the students deserve a praise for deciding to brave the weather. A big thank you to those wearing costumes to make the run more fun. The organizers were PE teachers Pille Lehemets and Liivi Rünk.
