On Shrove Tuesday, the school lunch was a traditional meal eaten on Shrove Tuesday – pea soup and buns with whipped cream. The activities took place during breaks on March 6. This time the activities were indoors: a tug-of- war, throwing of paper planes, bone spinners, a Shrove Tuesday quiz and a ride on a rug.
